ABOUT US
Olson’s Tack Shop was founded in 1945 by Carl and Bea Olson. Carl specialized in manufacturing custom saddles and chaps, while his wife provided equine enthusiasts with equestrian-themed giftware. About the same time Claude Mills was producing custom made saddles used by the likes of Queen Elizabeth. A tack shop was opened in Seattle, and then relocated to Bellevue in the 1980’s.
Olson-Mills still caters to area horseback riders with a wide array of merchandise designed for both horse and rider. Offering custom made riding boots, chaps, and saddles while offering superior customer service is one of many reasons Olson-Mills has been set apart from competitors.

The Mobile Unit provides off-site service to many local horse shows and special barn functions. Check out our van schedule to see when the Mobile unit will be near your area, or contact us to inquire about scheduling a visit to your barn or special function.
